These Installer Terms govern the relationship between EasyCity Systems Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") and solar installers ("you", "your", or "Installer") who use Zolar (the "Platform") to offer solar installation services.
By registering as an Installer on the Platform, you agree to these Installer Terms and our Terms of Service. These terms are in addition to, and not in lieu of, our general Terms of Service.
Professional Agreement
These terms constitute a professional services agreement between you and EasyCity Systems Ltd. for the provision of solar installation services through the Platform.
2. Installer Eligibility and Registration

To register as an Installer, you must:

3. Installer Obligations

You agree to:

3.2 Quality of Work
You warrant that:

You agree to:

4. Platform Services

The Platform provides:
- Customer leads for installation services
- Customer contact information (with customer consent)

- Matching with customers in your service area
4.2 Profile Management
You can:
- Create and maintain an Installer profile
- Display services, capabilities, and coverage areas
- Showcase past projects and certifications
- Receive and respond to customer reviews
4.3 Booking Management
The Platform enables:
- Online booking and scheduling
- Quote submission and management
- Project tracking and updates
- Communication with customers
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Platform Fees
Platform fees may include:
- Registration Fee: One-time fee for Installer registration
- Lead Fee: Fee per qualified lead received
- Transaction Fee: Percentage of completed project value
- Subscription Fee: Monthly or annual subscription for premium features
5.2 Fee Structure
Fee details are provided in:
- The Installer pricing schedule
- Your Installer dashboard
- Separate fee agreements (if applicable)
5.3 Payment Terms
Platform fees are:
- Billed monthly or as incurred
- Payable within 30 days of invoice
- Subject to late payment fees if overdue
- Deductible from customer payments (where applicable)
6. Customer Relationships
6.1 Direct Communication
You may communicate directly with customers for:
- Project scoping and quoting
- Scheduling and coordination
- Project execution and updates
- Post-installation support
6.2 Off-Platform Transactions
You agree not to:
- Circumvent Platform fees by transacting off-platform
- Solicit customers to transact outside the Platform
- Share customer contact information for off-platform use
- Use Platform leads for non-Platform business
6.3 Customer Data
You must:
- Protect customer personal information
- Use customer data only for project purposes
- Comply with data protection laws
- Delete customer data when no longer needed
7. Insurance and Liability
7.1 Required Insurance
You must maintain:
- General Liability Insurance: Minimum coverage as specified by Platform
- Workers' Compensation: Where required by law
- Professional Liability: Where applicable
- Vehicle Insurance: For business vehicles
7.2 Proof of Insurance
You must provide:
- Certificate of insurance upon registration
- Updated certificates before expiration

7.3 Liability
You are solely responsible for:
- All work performed under your Installer profile
- Injuries or property damage during installation
- Defective workmanship or installation errors
- Compliance with safety regulations
We are not liable for your work, actions, or omissions.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
8.1 Workmanship Warranty
You should provide:
- Workmanship warranty as required by law or industry standard
- Clear warranty terms to customers
- Warranty documentation to customers
- Honorable warranty claims processing
8.2 Manufacturer Warranties
You agree to:
- Properly register manufacturer warranties
- Provide warranty documentation to customers
- Assist customers with warranty claims
- Follow manufacturer warranty procedures
8.3 Warranty Disputes
Warranty disputes are:
- Between you and the customer
- Between you and the manufacturer (for equipment warranties)
- Not our responsibility unless caused by Platform error
9. Reviews and Ratings
9.1 Customer Reviews
Customers may:
- Submit reviews of your services
- Rate your performance on various criteria
- Provide feedback on their experience
- Upload photos of completed work
9.2 Review Display
We display reviews:
- On your Installer profile
- In search results
- In customer recommendations
- As part of your overall rating
9.3 Review Management
You may:
- Respond to customer reviews
- Flag inappropriate reviews for removal
- Request review resolution for disputes
We do not remove negative reviews unless they violate our review policy.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 Grounds for Suspension
We may suspend your Installer account for:
- Violation of these Installer Terms
- Complaints from customers
- Poor performance or ratings
- Expired licenses or insurance
- Fraudulent activity
10.2 Suspension Process
If suspended:
- You will be notified of the reason
- You will have opportunity to respond
- Suspension may be temporary or permanent
- You may appeal suspension decisions
10.3 Termination
We may terminate your Installer account for:
- Repeated violations of these terms
- Irreparable harm to Platform reputation

- Your Installer account is non-transferable

You retain ownership of your content.
